Revitalizing a recruitment agency's brand: a case study in compelling visual identity and digital presence
We had the pleasure of working with a start-up International Personnel Recruitment Agency (IPRA). IPRA partners in the sector of purchasing, processing, administration and other services of secondary raw materials, which are located all over the world.
We were acquired to develop their visual identity, design their logo, and create a functional website for job listings. Our primary goal was to create a brand identity that would convey the agency's expertise, professionalism, and global reach. We began by conducting extensive research into the target audience, industry trends, and the agency's unique value proposition. With this information in hand, we developed a comprehensive visual identity that included a new logo, color palette, typography, and overall design aesthetic.
Logo Design
IPRA logo had to be representative of the agency's modern and approach while also conveying its credibility and strong professional ethics. With this in mind, we set out to design a combination mark that would effectively capture these qualities. When it came to selecting colors, the client requested a deep dark blue as the primary color of the brand, chosen for its associations with trust, dependability, and professionalism. We paired the dark blue with a pastel green to add a touch of freshness and lightness to the visual identity, creating a balance between the serious and approachable aspects of the brand.
Website Design
We developed a website that is easy to navigate and provided a seamless user experience. In order to transmit the practical, straightforward character of the international personnel recruitment agency, we chose a minimalist, uncluttered style with a combination of full-bleed colour and photo background and white clean areas, clearly separating one section from the other.
Website Functionalities
Speaking of functionality, we have also developed a powerful job listing system with search, filtering and categorization, including an intuitive application process that would allow potential candidates to apply for open positions with ease. The listing system is easy to use and maintain on the back-end, since we have prepared a usage guide for IPRA team with written and video tutorials.
We have also incorporated a blog, where IPRA shares articles, expertise and advice on finding a job, getting along with colleagues, or dealing with the issues in a workplace.
The website of IPRA was develop using the WordPress content management system. To ensure the website was mobile-friendly and accessible to all, we designed it to be responsive and optimized for different devices.
